She works in the field of watercolors. Since childhood, the author has been interested in the world of plants and has studied them. Plants of beautiful shapes and colorful colors are reflected in the author's works. For the author, meadows are most beautiful in these seasons: from spring to winter. The work of watercolorist Aušra Ramanauskienė is sensitive and subtle. The author acquired strong foundations in art at the 52nd secondary school of Kaunas Art. In 1983-1985, she studied at the Faculty of Art at the Šiauliai Pedagogical Institute. In 1989-1990, she worked as an art teacher at the school. The artistic path of watercolorist Aušra Ramanauskienė and her visions of the artistic path are revealed through the author's personal observations, internal views on the worlds, subtle colors and forms. The author's watercolor works usually depict various plants, which are decorated with various flowers and sensitive colors.Watercolorist Aušra Ramanauskienė's interest in art was formed gradually, through personal searches and observation of the environment. Early attempts in various fields of art allowed her to try different means of expression, but it was watercolor that became the area in which she discovered the greatest creative freedom. The unpredictability of water and the transparent nature of color became close to the artist as a reflection of her inner states.Artist Aušra Ramanauskienė's watercolors show a clear respect for the material - she does not control the force of water, but allows it to act, creating coincidences and unexpected forms. This dialogue between the artist and the technique gives the works vitality and authenticity. The color range is often subtle, muted, based on halftones and nuances of light, which invite the viewer to a slow, contemplative gaze. The artist's work often reflects natural motifs - landscapes, bodies of water, fragments of vegetation. However, these are not direct images of reality. In Aušra Ramanauskienė's works, natural forms become metaphors of mood, inner state and the flow of time. The artist seeks not to replicate the visible image, but to convey what is felt - silence, peace, fragility. The watercolorist artist's work stands out in the Lithuanian art context in the following aspects: Today, Aušra Ramanauskienė's watercolors are distinguished by a calm but deep artistic language. Her work is opposed to haste and visual noise, inviting one to stop and take a look. This is art that does not require a loud statement - it acts silently but for a long time, leaving space for the viewer's personal experience. In the context of Lithuanian art, the creative path of artist Aušra Ramanauskienė shows and stands out that watercolor can be not only a technical choice, but also a philosophy of life – sensitive, patient and open to the unexpected.
