Experimental artist and scientist Indrė Gražulevičiūtė-Vileniškė, known by the stage name Wooden Fox Indrė Wooden Fox, lives and creates in Kaunas, Lithuania. She is active not only in the field of art, but also in the field of scientific research. She graduated from Kaunas Antanas Martinaitis Art School, studied at the studios of professional painters Alfredos Šatas and painter Rūta Levulienė. At Kaunas University of Technology, she not only obtained the specialty of an architect, but also continues her scientific activities. She has written more than 100 scientific articles and has been granted the status of an Artist.I.Gražulevičiūtė-Vileniškė's work is striking and captivating with its bright color palette and expressive forms. She creates not only in traditional oil painting techniques, but also in the field of experimental painting, and also uses elements of artificial intelligence in general creation.The main theme of the scientist's artistic creation is animals and nature, existential and philosophical questions in their lives.She creates not only artistic works that participate in exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad, are published in art publications in Lithuania, India and Germany. But she also illustrates and publishes coloring books, and creates artistic postcards.Also, an integral thematic part of the artist Indrė Gražulevičiūtė-Vileniškė's work is the search for traditional identity in animals and the connection of geometric and traditional forms in her work. She connects and strengthens the connection in the scientific sphere between traditional art and technology, which is one of the most important areas of her observation and research. An important relationship remains with animals, humans and nature.
