Zita Virginija Jusevičiūtė-Tarasevičienė is an internationa recognized Lithuanian painter who has been working for 30 years. Currently, the author organizes anniversary personal exhibitions in Lithuania, has participated in a number of international exhibitions presenting Lithuanian art abroad: in France, Italy, Turkey, Latvia, Germany, South Korea, Canada, Poland, Ireland, and actively participates in plein airs with different groups of artists.The artist early creative activity dates back to 2002-2014. Since 2001, the painter Zita Tarasevičienė has been organizing exhibitions in major Lithuanian cities, of which she has already organized over 100: in Vilnius, Kaunas, Kėdainiai, Panevėžys. Since 2019, she has been granted the status of an Art Creator.Painter Zita Jusevičiūtė-Tarasevičienė collaborates with the Public international Institution “Gabrielegallery”. The author’s creative style is diverse, dominating between abstraction and figurative art, and sometimes motifs of realistic art are encountered. The author creates her works using oil, acrylic paints, and mixed media. Abstract stylistics and expressive colors dominate the author’s work, and figurative motifs sometimes intervene.
